The overarching principle is that to be part of the Optimum team you must have worked at senior level. All of us have been in the trenches, and we can point to track records of success across a wide range of sectors. As individuals each of us will acknowledge that we learned more during the difficult times, so working with Optimum's team will give you confidence.
When you appoint us you get the benefit of over 150 years combined knowledge and experience... not 1 year's experience 150 times.... and there are few challenges we haven't come across before.
